CertAI works on credits system.

For example, if you took a Google Ads Bundle Package with 20 credits for 9 certificates. Suppose, You have already manually completed 3 certificates earlier, then CertAI will complete the remaining 6 certification and charge partially in the 20 credits.

You shall have remaining balance in your account which you can use it to write other exams.

CertAI is built with a strong foundational framework so we can train the AI with new exams in matter of 3-4 hours. Hence, you just have to inform us and we shall update the app ASAP with the new exam

As of now, it is trained to complete quiz based exams which can be completed in browser.

It cannot be trained to complete those tests that require download of specialized software.

We are open to inputs and more than willing to incorporate any new browser based exam into the platform. Please contact support to discuss ideas.

This software is Windows only and would be so for the foreseeable future. As for Mac users, you can do one of the following things:

1. Download Parallels app and use windows on it. Will take hardly 15 mins and free to setup windows on Macbook. You can find many tutorials on YouTube

2. You can also use VMWare Fusion for the above purpose

3. Can use a Windows RDP to complete it.

4. Can Borrow a Windows Laptop from a friend or use one from internet cafe for few hours.

Things keep changing and Platforms keep adding and removing certificates. Google, Semrush and others do it actively.

For example, Google did a major change of migrating their official exam from exceedlms to docebosaas recently and we updated it asap to it.

We make sure to keep the software updated with the changes. 

You don’t need to download software manually again. It gets auto-updated in less than 5 seconds when you restart the app.

In case, any certificate still doesn’t work, you can contact the support any time and inform them and we shall fix it asap.

There’s no such thing called Guarantee here. Your college degree on which you have spent thousands of dollars doesn’t guarantee you a job either.

But ofcourse, having extra certificates backed by little knowledge plays a good role in enriching your career

Yes. You can minimize the tool and do other tasks normally on your system.
